Quinta da Pedra Escrita está situada en Freixo de Numão, en el Duero Superior, a una altitud media de 575 metros. Los suelos secos y áridos son predominantemente graníticos, arenosos y muy pobres en nutrientes. Fermentación y crianza con removido de lías finas en barricas de roble francés de 500 L hasta el llenado.
Boca muy persistente y fresco, con notas cítricas y una acidez muy viva, en armonía con las notas grasas y bien estructuradas de la crianza en barrica, que dejan entrever una longevidad.
Aroma mineral y cítrico a pomelo y frutas exóticas, con discretas notas de barrica bien integrada.
