Siete años después de la concepción de la receta original de Sharish Gin, surgió la inspiración para imaginar cómo sería Sharish si el destilador António Cuco decidiera crearla en 2021, con todo el conocimiento acumulado sobre botánicos y destilación desde 2014. Los elementos fundamentales de los botánicos originales se conservaron, pero hubo un giro intrigante. La naranja y el limón fueron sustituidos por mandarina, bergamota y lima kaffir. Además, se han añadido algunos de los aromas y sabores favoritos del destilador, como la melisa, el cardamomo y la flor de azahar. El resultado es una ginebra más clásica, con mayor sequedad y mayor complejidad.
