Elaborado a partir de las variedades Baga y Touriga Nacional, cuyas uvas fueron vendimiadas manualmente y cuidadosamente vinificadas con maceración completa, en lagar con pisador neumático. Tras la fermentación maloláctica, el vino envejeció durante 6 meses en barricas de roble francés, y posteriormente 18 meses en cuba de cemento, como siempre ha sido tradición en nuestra casa. Fue embotellado sin someterse a ningún tratamiento clarificante o estabilizante.

Buena estructura, frescura y longitud en boca. Percepción de las sensaciones aromáticas, sentidas en la olfacción nasal directa. Taninos presentes, pero bien domados. Gran capacidad de envejecimiento.
Muy fino y elegante, con notas de resinas, frutos negros, higo seco, heno y especias.
