Vinificación del Azulera Reserva Tinto: Tras la cosecha manual, las uvas fueron despalilladas y llevadas a fermentar en acero inoxidable con temperatura controlada durante 18 días. Pasó a barricas nuevas y usadas de roble francés donde realizó la maloláctica.

En boca es seco, corpulento, poderoso en fruta negra y vibrante en acidez, lo que lo hace muy bebible. El tanino, aunque presente, está bastante domado debido a la larga crianza. Los sabores se van liberando en capas sucesivas, con la presencia de la madera discreta que hace que todo el conjunto sea muy atractivo. Final largo y especiado.
En nariz ofrece exuberancia de frutos negros con notas de vainilla y especias.
