Descripción
Aroma: notas de jerez (característica de la destilería) acompañadas de madera envejecida, pasas, frutos secos y caramelo. Es cierto que la madera puede resultar demasiado intensa, pero es el único punto negativo que le podemos dar al whisky.Boca: notas ricas y muy ricas de jerez dan paso lentamente a sabores de especias y frutos secos. También podemos encontrar pasas, uvas, ciruelas y frutos del bosque, todo ello acompañado de madera y sutiles notas ahumadas. Final: largo y suave. El dulzor prácticamente desaparece y da paso a una importante presencia de especias especiadas, notas ahumadas y sabores herbáceos.
