Es esta historia de amor la que sirve, diariamente, de inspiración a todos los que trabajan para producir este monocasta de Touriga Nacional de la Casa de Santar.Vinificación del Vino Casa de Santar Viña dos Amores Touriga Nacional Tinto: Aplastamiento con despalillado total, maceración pelicular prolongada y suave, fermentación alcohólica a 26ºC.Estancia: 18 meses en barricas de Roble Francés y 6 meses en botella.
