Vinificación del Vino Verde Alvarinho Quintas das Arcas Reserva Blanco 2021: Uvas cultivadas en modo de producción integrada. Terrenos esquistosos con exposición este-oeste. La viña se cultiva siempre respetando los programas de sostenibilidad en cuanto a la nutrición y movilización del suelo. Fermentación tradicional y battonage sobre lías en barricas de roble francés, durante 2 meses seguido de un envejecimiento de 8 meses en depósito de acero inoxidable.
