Na Quinta da Boavista, para garantir a preservação das características da casta e o controlo total do processo produtivo, recorremos à vindima manual e à escolha manual de cachos, seguidos de um desengace e suave esmagamento dos bagos.A fermentação das uvas decorre em barricas novas de madeira francesa de 500 litros. Após um período de maceração, o vinho resultante continua o seu estágio durante 16 meses em barricas de 225 litros também de carvalho francês. Todos os vinhos são vedados com cortiça natural. Não sendo filtrados nem estabilizados pelo frio, podem dar origem a um precipitado com a idade.Um vinho que nos arrebata pela elegância e vibrante graciosidade.
