Vinificación del Vino Herdade das Servas Sangiovese Rosé 2022: Tras despalillado y estrujado, las uvas se prensan en prensa neumática con protección contra oxidaciones. Decantación estática durante 48 horas. Fermentación alcohólica de parte del mosto en barricas de roble francés de 3º año y, la parte restante, en cuba de acero inoxidable con control de temperatura. Crianza: Finalizada la fermentación alcohólica, el vino envejece "sur lie" en cuba de acero inoxidable y en barrica de roble con bâtonnage durante tres meses.
