Wenneker Genever Islay Cask Finish, basado en el reconocido Wenneker Oude Proever Old Geneva, destaca por su característico sabor a malta y enebro, enriquecido por la maduración en Hogsheads de whisky single malt de Islay durante 8 años. Esto imparte un acabado único influenciado por el sabor pesado y a turba del whisky Islay, lo que da como resultado una experiencia de sabor compleja y excitante. Cada lote es distinto debido a la naturaleza variable de los barriles de madera, pero todos presentan el estilo distintivo de Islay. Las notas de cata incluyen humo de barbacoa, vainilla ligera, tocino ahumado, regaliz, enebro, tarta de lima y un final especiado con ralladura de limón y dulzura persistente.
