Vinificación del Vino Beyra Jaen Tinto 2018: Uvas recogidas a mano, recepción con despalillado total y trituración inmediata. Fermentación en cubas de acero inoxidable a una temperatura entre 16-17ºC durante un período de aproximadamente 20 días. Crianza de 8 meses en barricas de roble francés 2/3 y americano 1/3. Vino sin filtrar, propenso a formar sedimento con la edad.
