Desde principios del siglo XX y hasta hoy, las propiedades donde se cultiva el trigo de alta calidad utilizado en la producción del spirit de Stolichnaya se encuentran en la región de Tambov, en Rusia, donde también se ubica su destilería ultra-moderna - Talvis. El spirit de Stolichnaya se destila cuidadosamente solo tres veces, de manera que se mantenga el carácter rico del trigo ruso. Es en la magnífica Latvijas Balzams - una catedral para la producción de vodka mandada construir por el Zar en 1901, en Letonia - donde se concluye el proceso productivo del vodka Stolichnaya. El spirit de Stolichnaya se filtra 4 veces, primero a través de arena de cuarzo y luego a través del carbón vegetal de madera de abedul ruso y, finalmente, se mezcla con agua pura de manantial, resultando en un vodka de calidad excepcional, que también se embotella en Latvijas Balzams y solo posteriormente se envía a varios países del mundo. Stoli Premium es excepcionalmente suave con ligeros aromas afrutados, manteniendo los signos auténticos de vodka destilado tradicionalmente.
