Pacheca Porto Colheita 2000 resulta de la vinificación tradicional de uvas provenientes de diferentes viñas antiguas del Douro, naturales de las diversas variedades autóctonas de la misma región. Tras su estrujado en la bodega, estas son pisadas a pie dos veces al día hasta la introducción del aguardiente vínico. Envejecido en barricas de roble portugués.
