Vinificación del Vino Joao Portugal Ramos Vinha do Jeremias Tinto: Las uvas son despalilladas y cuidadosamente seleccionadas en la mesa de selección manual. Después del estrujado, se pisan en lagares de mármol con la tradicional pisada a pie. Trasiego a cuba de acero inoxidable donde termina la fermentación alcohólica. Siguen 12 días de maceración post fermentativa. Crianza: 12 meses en medias barricas nuevas de roble americano y francés.
