Vinificación del Borges Reserva Dão Blanco: las uvas fueron aplastadas tras el despalillado. A continuación, fueron prensadas, aprovechando únicamente el mosto de escurrido. Decantación en frío durante 48 horas, tras las cuales el mosto fue separado de las lías. Fermentó entre 12 y 14 ºC durante 4 semanas, teniendo el 85% del lote terminado la fermentación en barricas de roble francés. Tras el final de la fermentación alcohólica, estuvo en "batonnage" sobre las lías finas durante 8 meses.

En el paladar, se revela un vino con buena grasa y volumen, y una estructura notable. Se destaca por la acidez vibrante característica del Dão, que confiere frescura y elegancia, proporcionando un final prolongado y un conjunto con mucha longevidad de sabor.
Un aroma refinado, elegante y acogedor, donde destacan notas de frutas maduras y pera asada, envueltas en un toque de madera muy ligero, casi imperceptible, creando un conjunto armonioso y distinto.
