Vinificación del Vino Alvarinho Soalheiro Reserva 2021: Las uvas, exclusivamente de la variedad Alvarinho, se cosechan manualmente en cajas de pequeña capacidad y se transportan a la bodega en un corto espacio de tiempo. Tras el prensado, el mosto obtenido reposa durante 48 horas, seguido de la fermentación y crianza en barricas de roble francés (barricas nuevas y usadas), permaneciendo sobre lías finas con batonnages periódicos hasta finales de junio.
