Vinificación del Vino 2 (Dos) Quintas Reserva Tinto 2019: Las uvas, provenientes de parcelas seleccionadas de nuestras Quintas de Ervamoira y de los Bons Ares, fueron vendimiadas y seleccionadas manualmente, en cajas de pequeño volumen. Las uvas de la Quinta de Ervamoira fueron vinificadas en lagares de granito y las de la Quinta de los Bons Ares en cubas redondas de hormigón y de madera. Tras el descube y prensado en prensa vertical, el vino realizó la fermentación maloláctica en toneles de 6000 a 10000 litros. Durante 18 meses envejeció en tonel y en barricas de roble francés nuevas y de un año. El vino fue embotellado en mayo de 2019.
