Vinificación del Vino Brites Aguiar Tinto: las uvas fueron totalmente despalilladas y trituradas. Tras un contacto pelicular pre-fermentativo en frío durante 48 horas. La fermentación ocurrió en cubas de acero inoxidable con temperatura controlada con una maceración total superior a 60 días pero sin grandes extracciones. El vino pasó a cubas de acero inoxidable donde ocurrió la fermentación maloláctica para luego pasar directamente a barricas de 500 Litros de Roble Francés de primera y segunda utilización, donde envejeció por un periodo de 18 meses.
