Un vino muy fino elaborado 100% a partir de la variedad Rufete, el cual fermentamos en dos pequeñas cubas de inox, parte con raspón, parte sin. De esta forma, somos capaces de extraer por un lado la componente vegetal y rústica del Rufete, y por otro lado, el perfil más afrutado y elegante. El Lote se cría en barricas usadas de roble francés de forma que la madera no se sobreponga al carácter varietal del vino.

Un vino de estructura mediana y textura suave, donde surgen taninos muy elegantes y presentes, confiriéndole rusticidad y originalidad.
Vivo, joven y muy afrutado con notas expresivas de frutos silvestres, se presenta así como un tinto de intensidad y no de concentración.
