Quinta dos Carvalhais Colheita Rosé 2022 es un vino rosado del Dão de calidad excepcional, máximo exponente de elegancia y riqueza. Heredera de los saberes antiguos, Quinta dos Carvalhais combina la experiencia con la innovación para crear vinos muy elegantes, con sabores de intensa delicadeza y la personalidad única de la región. Las uvas de Touriga Nacional y Alfrocheiro que forman parte de este lote fueron vendimiadas y vinificadas por separado. La cosecha se realizó antes de lo habitual para un vino tinto, de modo que las uvas mantuvieran una buena acidez y frescura. Fueron prensadas con gran suavidad, sin despalillado ni estrujado, en una prensa neumática, y el mosto fermentó en bica abierta en cuba de acero inoxidable a una temperatura de alrededor de 14ºC-16ºC. El Quinta dos Carvalhais Colheita Rosé fue embotellado justo después de un corto envejecimiento de aproximadamente 4 meses en cubas de acero inoxidable.
