Situada en São João da Pesqueira, una de las zonas vitivinícolas más conocidas del Duero, Quinta de Cidrô se ha convertido en un modelo de experimentación vitivinícola para toda la región. En tierras vírgenes se utilizó tecnología de punta para plantar las mejores variedades de uva, en un área que supera las 150 ha. Vinificación del Vino Quinta de Cidrô Chardonnay Branco 2020: el 80% del vino fermenta en barricas de roble francés, el 20 restante. % de vino fermentado en depósitos de acero inoxidable con control de temperatura. Chardonnay fermentado en roble permanece en barrica durante 8 meses más en contacto con lías finas mediante el método de batonage. El lote final se elabora para lograr el equilibrio deseado.
De color amarillo pálido
Excelente acidez, refrescante y muy equilibrado, con un final largo y persistente.
Aromas tropicales como piña, melocotón y pera integrados armoniosamente con ligeros matices de madera y notas mantecosas.
