En un nivel de calidad de entrada de gama de vinos de la Real Companhia Velha, el Evel ha mantenido una sólida reputación durante muchos años. El vino Evel se produce a partir de viñas ubicadas en las famosas Quinta do Casal da Granja y Quinta do Cidrô, situadas en los municipios de Alijó y S. João da Pesqueira, respectivamente. Vinificación del Vino Evel Reserva Tinto: Producido a partir de parcelas de viñas viejas, la fermentación se realiza en tanques de acero inoxidable, con control de temperatura. La totalidad del vino envejece 12 meses en barricas nuevas de roble francés, en Vila Nova de Gaia.
