Vinificación del Vino Beyra Grande Reserva Tinto 2021: Vendimia manual, recepción con despalillado total y estrujado inmediato. Fermentación entre 22 - 26 ºC durante aproximadamente 7 días con maceración suave en cubas de cemento, maceración utilizando la técnica clásica de “delestage”, alrededor de 3 a 4 por fermentación, fermentación maloláctica en barricas usadas. Crianza de 14 meses en barricas de 300 L de roble americano de grano extra fino.
