Vinificación: Las uvas del viñedo María Teresa fueron transportadas en cajas de 22 kg y sometidas a una rigurosa selección en una mesa de selección a la entrada de la bodega. Luego del despalillado total y pisado en prensa tradicional, el mosto fue trasladado a depósitos de fermentación de acero inoxidable a temperatura controlada. Al finalizar la fermentación alcohólica se realizó un suave prensado. Crianza: Quinta do Crasto Vinha Maria Teresa 2017 envejecido en barricas 100% nuevas de roble, 90% de roble francés y 10% de roble americano, donde permaneció alrededor de 20 meses. El lote final resulta de la mejor selección de barricas.

En boca comienza compacto, evolucionando hacia un vino muy seductor, donde podemos encontrar taninos de textura suave en perfecta armonía con notas retronasales que recuerdan aromas frescos del bosque. Finaliza de forma muy atrapante, en perfecto equilibrio y con una excelente persistencia.
En nariz impresiona por su extraordinaria complejidad y frescura aromática, donde destacan elegantes notas de jara, frutos silvestres del Duero y especias.
