Vinificación del Vino Conde D Ervideira Vinho da Água Blanco 2019: Las uvas son despalilladas y enviadas a "Vinimatics" donde permanecen durante 6 a 10 horas a una temperatura de 12ºC. Luego son prensadas y enviadas a la cámara de frío. Crianza: El mosto se acondiciona en barricas nuevas de roble húngaro, seguido de un período de 6 meses de "batonnage". Después de la crianza en barricas, se embotella y se sumerge en el lago de Alqueva, donde maduró a 30 m de profundidad, en condiciones únicas y de excelencia durante 8 meses.
