La vendimia se realiza de forma manual, con selección manual de los racimos. Las bayas se despalillan y se aplastan suavemente. Como depósitos de fermentación se utilizaron los tradicionales lagares de granito con pisado a pie. Posteriormente, el vino envejeció en barricas de roble francés durante, al menos, 18 meses. Todos los vinos están sellados con corcho natural. Al no ser filtrados ni estabilizados en frío, estos vinos pueden originar un precipitado con la edad.

En boca, todo es concordante: taninos sedosos deambulan por las ricas presencias de fruta y los toques especiados de la barrica, que se regocijan en una impecable acidez.
En nariz, dominan las notas a fruta del bosque, con salpicaduras de bergamota y suaves mentolados que le aportan una frescura embriagadora.
