Descripción
Trufa Negra es un vino elaborado con uvas procedentes de dos parcelas de viñedo ubicadas en la subregión de Cima Corgo. El primero está situado en Valença do Douro, se trata de un viñedo viejo de más de 70 años, con una mezcla de 30 variedades de uva autóctonas. El segundo está situado en Foz do Rio Távora y tiene unos 30 años, donde las variedades de uva predominantes son Touriga Franca y Tinta Roriz.
Tiene un aroma concentrado, con notas de frutas negras y especias. En boca es amplio, complejo y con taninos intensos y bien integrados, que confieren al vino un final largo y fresco.
