Vinificación Las uvas del viñedo María Teresa fueron transportadas en cajas de 22 kg de capacidad y sometidas a una rigurosa selección en una mesa de selección situada a la entrada de la bodega. Luego del despalillado total y pisado en un lagar tradicional, el mosto se transfirió a cubas de fermentación de acero inoxidable con temperatura controlada. Al final de la fermentación alcohólica se realizó un prensado suave.Envejecimiento Quinta do Crasto Vinha Maria Teresa 2019 envejecido en barricas 100% nuevas de roble, 90% roble francés y 10% roble americano, donde permaneció alrededor de 20 meses. El lote final resulta de la mejor selección de barricas.
