Vinificación según el método tradicional del Vino de Oporto. Tras un suave estrujado con despalillado parcial, sigue la fermentación alcohólica con maceración pelicular. La fermentación se realiza bajo temperatura controlada y se detiene con la adición de aguardiente vínica. Todo el proceso de vinificación, que es supervisado por el equipo de enología, tiene en cuenta las variedades, su grado de maduración y la dulzura deseada. Este vino es el resultado de una selección y combinación de vinos blancos, envejecido en barricas de roble por un período superior a 10 años.
