Destilado en pequeños lotes de apenas 500 litros. Toda la destilación se realiza en equipos de cobre elaborados manualmente por artesanos, utilizando técnicas ancestrales, destilado 4 veces y utilizando alcohol de cereales de primera calidad y únicamente con botánicos portugueses como enebro, raíz de angélica, limón y flor de naranjo, donde destaca el ingrediente principal, el camarón de origen. La playa de Cortegaça, en Ovar, al norte de Portugal y la convierte en una ginebra seca premium única en el mundo.
En boca tiene cierta salinidad, un toque cítrico y un amargor y acidez equilibrados. En el retrogusto un ligero dulzor que contrasta con la acidez y lo hace muy interesante.
En nariz destaca el aroma ligeramente resinoso, pino, ligeros cítricos, aire de mar y suaves notas de miel.
