Lote de aguardientes obtenidos de la destilación de excelentes vinos de Bairrada, con un tiempo promedio de crianza de 17 años, en barricas de roble francés Limousin, las cuales fueron desdobladas lentamente durante su larga crianza, lo que contribuyó en gran medida a su finura y delicadeza.

Tiene una entrada muy aterciopelada y suave, desarrollando posteriormente una sensación alcohólica y cálida y, confirmada al final, por vía retronasal, las notas aromáticas de madera y vainilla.
Rico e intenso, con notas etéreas de roble tostado, vainilla, avellana, higos secos y tostado ligero.
