Las uvas para elaborar este vino proceden del viñedo Carril, un viñedo de más de 70 años orientado al norte, y de viñas viejas de unos 100 años, cercanas a la Quinta de Nápoles. Batuta resulta de una vinificación delicada, con maceraciones prolongadas, pero con poca extracción donde se cuidan todos los detalles para obtener un vino complejo, fino y elegante. Está lleno de concentración, típico de los viñedos viejos del Duero, pero al mismo tiempo fresco y delicado.

agradable frescor y acidez, estructura y taninos precisos, con un final especiado y persistente.
