Cachaça Fogo da Cana Prata permanece “reposando” por un período de 6 meses en barricas de acero inoxidable para afinar el sabor, antes de ser embotellada. El proceso de producción de la cachaça artesanal es una verdadera obra de arte. La Cachaça Fogo da Cana se elabora exclusivamente a partir de jugo de caña de azúcar, sin la adición de productos químicos, y cada cachaça tiene las características de su productor: el alambique. Detalles especiales se reparten a lo largo de todo el proceso, desde la elección del tipo de caña de azúcar, pasando por el momento adecuado de cosecha, tiempo de molienda, ingredientes y tiempo de fermentación, la forma de destilación y las barricas para el añejamiento, hasta el atasco.
