Este tinto es el primer Nat’Cool by Niepoort de Portalegre, el único familiar del Alentejo. La mayor parte de las uvas fue despalillada. La fermentación ocurrió en cubas de acero inoxidable. Envejeció 12 meses en ánforas, sin gran extracción.
