Vinificación del Vino Marquesa da Alorna Grande Reserva Tinto: Prensado con despalillado total, seguido de maceración pre-fermentativa a temperatura controlada de 15ºC. Sigue la fermentación en cubas de acero inoxidable a una temperatura de 23ºC y posterior maceración, durante aproximadamente dos semanas. Antes del embotellado, envejece en barricas nuevas de roble francés durante 12 meses. Después del llenado permanece en botella de 6 a 12 meses.

Atractivo y rico, dominado por frutos silvestres y por el carácter vainillado y especiado del roble francés. A pesar de los taninos firmes que le confieren una estructura única, en boca presenta una textura sedosa.
Buena integración de frutos silvestres como la mora, la frambuesa con un toque perfumado que sugiere flores igualmente silvestres. Se asocian notas de especias, chocolate y los tostados de la madera nueva.
