Destilado en pequeños lotes de solo 500 litros. Toda la destilación se realiza en equipos de cobre hechos a mano por artesanos, utilizando técnicas ancestrales. Destilado 4 veces y utilizando alcohol premium de cereales y solo con botánicos portugueses como el enebro, la raíz de angélica, limón y flor de azahar donde destaca el ingrediente principal, la camarinha de la playa de Cortegaça, en Ovar, en el norte de Portugal, lo que lo convierte en un dry gin premium único en el mundo.

En boca tiene cierta salinidad, un toque cítrico y un amargor y acidez equilibrados. En el final de boca una ligera dulzura que contrasta con la acidez y lo hace muy interesante.
En nariz, el aroma ligeramente resinoso, pino, ligero cítrico, brisa marina y notas suaves de miel.
