Es en la villa de Santar donde se encuentra el Paço dos Cunhas, una propiedad del siglo XVII (1609) y un ejemplo de cómo la Naturaleza sabe ser generosa. El Paço dos Cunhas ha estado, desde siempre, ligado a la producción agrícola: siempre se han producido vinos en esta casa, lo que la convierte en una de las propiedades agrícolas y vitivinícolas más antiguas de la región del Dão. En el Paço dos Cunhas se respira tradición en cada rincón, pero aquí se utilizan las tecnologías más modernas y avanzadas para dar continuidad al trabajo iniciado hace ya 400 años: producir vino de alta calidad.
