Elaboración de Vino Quinta Vale Dona Maria Vinha do Rio Tinto 2020: Todas las uvas se cosechan a mano, se seleccionan cuidadosamente en estera de selección y se pisan en lagares donde luego fermentan durante 7 a 10 días a temperaturas de 22º a 27ºC Crianza: Barricas nuevas de 225L. Roble francés de Allier (François Freres, Taransaud y otros), donde se realiza la fermentación maloláctica y la crianza durante 21 meses. La selección final de barricas y la composición del lote se realiza generalmente entre mayo y junio del segundo año después de la cosecha.
Con textura, sorprende más fresco que años anteriores, con gran vigor, muy sabroso y con taninos suaves y sedosos.
Afrutado, con diversas especias, tabaco y ligeras notas de chocolate y una gran intensidad.
