El Vino Quinta do Portal Auru Tinto 2019 se macera en pequeños lagares a temperatura controlada de 26-28ºC y utilizando técnicas de gravedad para el movimiento de uva/mosto/vino. Este vino único, de producción muy limitada, resulta de una mezcla de las habituales Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz y Touriga Francesa, que luego se vinifica en pequeños lagares que nos permiten un enfoque muy íntimo en el proceso, respetando al máximo el fruto, realizando una extracción muy suave.
