Producido con uvas de calidad superior, fermentado en lagares de granito, con pisado a pie y envejecido en barricas usadas por un período medio de 10 años, este Tawny expresa todo el potencial de la región de Covelinhas para la producción de grandes Tawnys. Vinificación del Vino de Oporto Quinta dos Murças 10 Años: Selección de uvas de gran calidad, seguida de despalillado y estrujado. Tras la fermentación en lagar por el proceso tradicional de pisado a pie, se añadió aguardiente vínico. Los lotes envejecieron en barricas usadas, por un período medio de 10 años, beneficiándose de la frescura natural de nuestra bodega. Estancia: En toneles usados por un período medio de 10 años.
