El Oporto Quinta da Pacheca Pink es un vino de Oporto de color rosado producido a partir de una mezcla de variedades de uvas tintas vinificadas con el objetivo de extraer el mínimo color posible. Las uvas se cosechan en cajas de 25 kg y se prensan ligeramente tan pronto como llegan a la bodega. A continuación, se clarifica el mosto y se fermenta a bajas temperaturas para preservar aromas frescos y afrutados.
