Vinificación del Vino Blanco Marques de Borba Vinhas Velhas: las uvas se cosechan manualmente temprano en la mañana, en pequeñas cajas, para preservar la frescura. La uva se enfría en cámara frigorífica antes de vinificarse. La fermentación se realiza en depósitos de acero inoxidable con control de temperatura. Después de 1/3 de la fermentación alcohólica, el mosto se traslada a barricas nuevas y usadas donde se completa la fermentación.
Gran frescor y mineralidad en boca, mostrando una ligera grasa procedente de la crianza sobre lías.
En aroma muestra frutas cítricas, como pomelo y limón, acompañadas de tostados de barrica, pero que no dominan la fruta.
