Vinificación del Vino Carm Reserva Tinto Magnum: se eliminaron racimos que no se encontraban en perfectas condiciones, despalillado total, trituración suave y choque térmico, seguido de un período de maceración pre-fermentativa en frío en lagar durante aproximadamente 12 a 24h, después de lo cual las masas fueron transferidas a cubas de fermentación anchas y bajas, maceración durante 8 días a 22ºC.

En boca es muy concentrado, cálido, con taninos firmes y textura suave, un final muy intenso y persistente que muestra con fuerza la fuerza de los vinos del Duero Superior.
Muy fresco e intenso con notas de frutos negros silvestres y cerezas negras en equilibrio con seductores matices de “Regaliz”, complejándose el aroma con notas de madera.
