Vinificación del Vino Campolargo Termeão Tinto 2008 (Pássaro Vermelho): Despalillado total seguido de fermentación separada en pequeños lagares con pisado mecánico. La fermentación maloláctica se realizó en balseiros seguida de crianza en barricas usadas de Roble Francés hasta noviembre de 2010.
