Vinha Grande Blanco es el primer vino blanco de Casa Ferreirinha y se caracteriza por su intensidad aromática, que lo define de manera muy elegante. Vinha Grande Blanco revela en su mejor momento todo el potencial de la región del Douro en la producción de vinos blancos de lote de alta calidad. Uvas de variedades seleccionadas provenientes de la Quinta do Sairrão. En esta quinta, las variedades de uvas blancas están plantadas a gran altitud, donde las temperaturas son más suaves, obteniendo así uvas con la maduración y acidez deseadas. Tras un suave despalillado, las uvas son sometidas a una maceración pelicular y luego prensadas. Después de una decantación a baja temperatura, sigue la fermentación alcohólica en cubas de inox y barricas de roble francés, con la temperatura controlada entre 14ºC-18ºC.
