Quinta de Pancas Special Selection Merlot TintoVinificação: As uvas foram vindimadas no dia 4 de Setembro de 2020 e seguiram para a adega As uvas foram vinificadas com uma curta maceração a frio. Fermentaram a uma temperatura controlada de 26ºC, durante 8 dias, com um regime diário de “deléstage” e remontagens manuais. A fermentação malolática ocorreu em cubas de inox. O vinho estagiou em barricas (50% novas) durante 12 meses ao qual se seguiu um prolongado estágio em garrafa.
