MENIN GRANDE RESERVA BRANCO nasce da seleção de parcelas das castas ARINTO. Com predominância de exposição solar Nascente e solos de xisto e granito, as diferentes parcelas encontram-se localizadas em cotas que variam dos 450 aos 500m de altitude, o que exige um acompanhamento rigoroso da maturação dos diferentes terroirs. Vinificação do Menin Grande Reserva Branco:Após a vindima manual, as uvas são transportadas em caixas de 18kg de capacidade de forma a não prejudicar a integridade do cacho. Uma vez na adega, as caixas são descarregadas num tapete de escolha para primeira triagem das uvas. Seguiu-se o desengace, escolha bago-a-bago e esmagamento dos mesmos que são transportados por gravidade para prensa pneumática. Após clarificação do mosto, iniciou-se a fermentação alcoólica em barricas de carvalho a temperaturas baixas que rondaram os 12° C, de forma a preservar todo o carácter varietal da casta Arinto. A fermentação alcoólica decorreu aproximadamente durante 20 dias, onde posteriormente as diferentes componentes estagiaram durante 9 meses com bâtonnage periódica.

No aroma revela-se muito complexo e elegante, notas cítricas e limonadas, chá verde, toranja e hortelã pimenta. Devido ao estágio em barrica, apresenta-se bastante profundo e rico em camadas.
