Vinificação da Vinha do Norte Tinto:As uvas, provenientes da vinha do Norte, após uma seleção cuidada na vinha, foram transportadas para a adega em caixas de 20 Kg. Seguiu-se uma nova selecção na mesa de escolha, e após desengaçe foram encaminhadas para cubas de inox com temperatura controlada onde fermentaram durante 7 dias. Após o final de fermentação o vinho continuou em contacto pelicular por um período de 10 dias, tendo sido posteriormente suavemente prensado, tendo sido separado o mosto lagrima do mosto de prensas.Envelhecimento: 20 meses em barricas de 225 Litros de carvalho francês.
