Vinho verde Almanua Terroir Maritimo Branco da VineVinuAlmanua é o vinho da descoberta, da criação e da inovação, elaborado em Requião, no terroir marítimo.Vinificação: Aqui a versatilidade do Alvarinho é explorada em combinações com outras variedades plantadas no mesmo local. O Alvarinho é sempre maioritário e as castas para o blend são escolhidas a cada colheita. A vinificação segue o conceito Mixtus e o vinho final resulta de fermentação em inox e madeira, sendo esta ultima ligeira e utilizada para conferir estrutura ao lote.Manuel e Luís Cerdeira selecionaram as castas Arinto e Maria Gomes para o lote do vinho final com Alvarinho.
