Vinificação do Série Ímpar Curtimenta Branco:Uvas selecionadas, nas melhores parcelas, das Quintas Sairrão, do Castanheiro e do Cavernelho. As uvas foram desengaçadas e vinificadas com curtimenta, com leveduras indígenas, em barricas de carvalho francês usadas de 500 L. Procedeu-se a uma maceração suave durante a fermentação alcoólica, para extrair os compostos presentes nas peliculas e que contribuem para o aroma e sabor do vinho.
